Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your Prescription Reader order, including uploaded prescription information and related service records, subject to any records we must retain for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@prescriptionreader.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the WhatsApp number used for the order and, if available, your Prescription Reader order number.
3. Do not send additional prescription images or unnecessary medical information with the request.
4. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to your data before processing it.

What may be deleted

Depending on the request and applicable requirements, deletion may include uploaded prescription images, pharmacist transcription content, WhatsApp-related service records stored by Prescription Reader, and other order information that is no longer required.

What may need to be retained

Some transaction, payment, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law. Data held independently by third-party providers such as Razorpay or Meta/WhatsApp is governed by those providers' own policies.
