By using Prescription Reader, you request a limited prescription reading and transcription service based on the image you upload.

Service scope

The service is intended to transcribe readable medicine names and written directions visible on the supplied prescription. It is not a medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, medicine substitution service, or a new prescription.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for uploading a clear image, providing the correct WhatsApp number, and checking the result against the original prescription. If anything is unclear, you should confirm it with the prescribing doctor or dispensing pharmacist before taking medicine.

Service availability and timing

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary because of prescription quality, handwriting complexity, demand, connectivity, third-party services, or technical issues. We may refuse or stop processing an image that is unreadable, incomplete, inappropriate, or outside the service scope.

Payment

The service price shown at checkout is charged through the payment provider. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms. Any applicable refund or correction will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

WhatsApp delivery

Service confirmations and results may be delivered through WhatsApp to the number you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that number is correct and accessible to you.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on our Data Deletion page.

Limitation of service

Prescription Reader does not replace your doctor, pharmacist, or emergency medical services. Do not rely on the service to make treatment decisions where the original prescription or medical advice is unclear.
